Children’s Privacy
We only collect children’s personal data so that we can communicate with them relevant information in relation to a course they have booked, or they have been booked in by their parent(s)/school/legal carer. We only collect direct consent from children over the age of 13. In the event that we work with a student under the age of 13, we require consent from a parent/school/legal carer.
We are not sending any promotional material directly targeted at children. We will however, send them notifications and information detailing their course.
Transactional emails including invoicing, payment reminders, update of payment details etc are being sent to the parent(s)/school/legal carer. If our only contact information is the children’s email address, we will then be sending transactional emails to this address. The email is to be read and replied to by the parent(s)/school/legal carer and is not in any way addressed to children.
Accessing, Rectifying, Blocking and Updating Information
As a user, you are solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data you send to enjoyespanol.com, exonerating Julisa dos Santos Vargas (Spanish Conmigo), from any responsibility in this regard.
