Thank you for choosing Spanish Conmigo to learn Spanish online. Before starting it is important that you understand the policies of our company. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, and if you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me at hola@spanishconmigo.com.

Reservation of classes

To book your lessons with Spanish Conmigo just visit our contact page «Book your class» section of our website.

SPANISH CONMIGO IS IN THE TIME ZONE OF LONDON (UK): Here you can check the time zones and calculate the time difference between London and your country.

Trial Class

  • Sign in “Trial Class Contact”.
  • In «Subject«, select ”Trial Class”.
  • Choose the day / time that best suits you (you can book your class 24 hours in advance)
  • The trial class is free and lasts for 30 minutes
  • This is a no obligation trial and you do not have to take lessons after the trial class 

If you need to cancel or reschedule the trial class, you must notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled class by email hola@spanishconmigo.com or by phone on +44 (0) 7799 232 686.

This is good professional practice!

If you want to buy a block of classes (5, 10 or 20 classes) or single classes:

  • Sign in “Contact
  • In «Subject«, select the type of classes you prefer
  • Choose the day / time that best suits you (you can book your class 24 hours in advance)
  • The time and date of the classes will be confirmed by email before you make the payment
  • Make the payment ( PayPal, bank transfer or credit card)

Payments and Fees

  • Full payment of any course, block or single class, must be made before the start of lessons via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal
  • The date and time will be agreed by both parties before making the payment
  • SPANISH CONMIGO is not responsible for any additional bank charges; interest charges; finance charges; money orders, wire fee or other charges
  • I reserve the right to change rates at any time, you will be notified before any rate increase

Group Classes:

  • Full payment of any course o block bookings must be made before the beginning of the first lesson
  • Maximum 4 people per class, unless it is agreed with Spanish Conmigo otherwise

On the last blocked class, Spanish Conmigo will check if the student wants to continue with the classes, if so, the student must make payment for another block of classes prior to the next class.

All invoices will be sent from hola@spanishconmigo.com

Class and course packages

The student or company can buy the following options of block classes:

  • Single class: 1 lesson 
  • Block of classes: 5 or 10 lessons
  • Group classes for maximum 4 people: block of 10 lessons
  • Courses available at the moment
  • Conversation class: block of 10 lessons

Expired date of any classes and courses

The student has six months to enjoy the classes contracted with Spanish Conmigo, these lessons must be used within this period of time; otherwise they will expire and the refund of the money will not be possible.

Rescheduled classes

The student can reschedule their classes 24 hours in advance using any of the communication channels provided:

·       Use the contact form

Lessons not cancelled within 24 hours will be counted and cannot be rescheduled.

Cancellation of classes

The student must cancel a class at least 24 hours before the session begins. Our reservation system will keep the credits of the class cancellation and the student can then use them to reserve another class. Lessons cancelled within 24 hours will not be counted, however the amount will not be refunded.

Lessons not cancelled within 24 hours will be counted and cannot be rescheduled.

There is a grace period of 15 minutes from the scheduled start time. Therefore these 15 minutes are not recovered.

Spanish Conmigo will try to contact the student via Skype, email, phone message or Whatsapp, if  Spanish Conmigo is unable to reach the student in the next 15 minutes the class will be cancelled and this specific class is considered completed, therefore it cannot be rescheduled.

Spanish Conmigo may cancel a class due to force majeure such as: illness, a nature disaster, technical problems, etc. This class will be rescheduled as soon as possible according to the student’s availability and there is no extra cost to the student.

Refund policy of SPANISH CONMIGO

Spanish Conmigo does not allow any type of refund. Once the transaction is confirmed and the student receives the corresponding credits in his/her account, the purchase will be considered complete.

Customised material  

The material for each class is customised, therefore, the lessons are adapted to the learning style and the specific needs of each student.

The material for each class is included in the price of the lessons.

All the material that we are going to work with in class will be previously sent to the student by email. With the materials, the activities are carried out: oral and grammar explanations, audios, reading, writing texts and pronunciation, etc.

Further more, the student can also contact the teacher by email either if there are queries or doubts related or not to the extra exercises or previous lessons.

Classes and courses

All material and future correspondence of classes will be sent to the student from spanishconmigojv@gmail.com, however the invoices will be sent from hola@spainshconmigo.com

On the day and the scheduled time, the teacher will call the student via Skype, Zoom or Google Hangouts and the class will begin. 

Each class last 50 min.

During the class the teacher will mainly speak Spanish. However, the teacher can speak in either English or Portuguese if this is necessary for explanations of grammar or any other clarifications.

Any doubts that arise during the activities are addressed and resolved, if not the teacher either will respond to the student by email clarifying the doubts or will prepare a class about the topic.

Structure of classes and courses

Each class last 50 min. 

The 5 – 10 minutes of beginning of class is to correct the exercises and clarify any doubts related to the previous lesson.

The following 30 minutes of class is either a new topic or follow the topics related to the previous class.

The last 5 – 10 minutes is to clarify doubts related to the actual class and agree about the topic for the next class.


If there is any homework, the student must send it by email to the teacher, however the correction of exercises and any doubts will be clarify during the next class, unless it is agreed with Spanish Conmigo otherwise.

Teaching material

As the classes progress Spanish Conmigo will give the student texts in Spanish (news, articles, interviews), the teacher and student will work on them together. In addition, at the end of each class the student will be given homework so that he/she can practice at home what he/she has learned during that lesson. Everything is included in the price of the lessons.

The materials are strictly for the student. The material will not be shared, sold or distributed to other students or companies.

Teacher: vacation, bank holiday, time off and sick leave

  • Any vacation or time off will be informed in advance by email
  • Holidays in the country of residence of the teacher (London / UK) will be notify in advance if the teacher is not available to teach the class.
  • If for any reason, the teacher can not give or is not available to deliver a class, the student will receive the corresponding credits to his/her account and they can be used to reschedule a new class at his/her convenience

Technical issues

If the interruptions in the communication are the result of technical difficulties in the student’s computer or Internet connection, Spanish Conmigo will try, the first time this happens, to reschedule that class so that the student does not lose out.

If this situation is repeated on successive occasions, the student will lose these classes. In the event that our system fails, Spanish Conmigo will grant you an additional class to compensate for the loss.

If at any time you would like to discuss with us how our service to you could be improved, or if you are dissatisfied with the service you are receiving, we hope that you will bring your concern to our attention.

We undertake to listen to any complaint carefully and promptly, and to take the appropriate action to resolve the matter and fully discuss the position with you.

If, in exceptional circumstances, we do not answer your complaint to your satisfaction, you have the right to terminate our agreement.
